Prize Schwag!

I thought I'd just keep you guys in the loop and show off some of the awesome prizes from the Thread of the Year contest!

The voting only finished on Monday, but BestGrips has already sent schwag out and I received it this afternoon! To the pictures:

I am planning on doing a review on the fairwayshoe in the near future, but suffice to say it looks the shizz-ay! The carbon fiber leather looks insane - and at first glance you'd be hard pressed to guess that it is actually genuine leather. I love the contrast backing as well!

Zach included one of their famous BestGrips poker chip ball markers - I love these things (but so does my 2-year-old, so I have to keep them out of reach or they go missing).

Most of you will have heard of how great BestGrips are to deal with. Case in point, there was a hand-written note saying congratulations and wishing me a Merry Christmas! Pure class!

Now I'm really looking forward to putting the TMaG Jetspeed driver through its paces! Update to come when it arrives.

Dude, it is all ready there? Best Grips must have had that boxed up on the "Ready Alert Runway" at the old Ellington Air Force Base in Clear Lake.

That is good because I have an order that shipped from him today, and it is just a couple of hundred miles. Whoohoo!

That's really cool Brad! Glad to see you get some great stuff. You were the right pick to win thread of the year!

I was planning on doing some reviews on some of the stuff COBRA hooked me up with. As much as I love my new gear, winter came early and I've only been out with it for three rounds, two of which were in one day. It's killing me! Any real write up may have to wait until Spring.
