Titleist Tour Model Putter

Does anyone know anything about this putter? When it was made? How much it's worth?

 

A family member gave this to me with some other old clubs from his landlord and I've never seen anything like this before. I'm really liking it. It has the original leather grip and the head is in pretty good condition, just some mild bag chatter. I also really like how there is no offset on this putter.

Also, I did a quick ebay search and some guy is selling these for over $200, is that a ripoff price? I don't plan on selling it but I would like to know the value.

You can ask $1,000 but you likely won't get it. Those generally go from $75-$125.
