I think these promotions are a solid staple of TM marketing. I got a free 09 burner then bought a set. Free RBZ led to my father in law getting a set of those. Good way to seed product IMO

They seem to be doing a multi-pronged "shock and awe" type of marketing campaign this season -- it seems relentless.  Not sure if it really is more aggressive than in years past - but it sure seems that way, with LoftUp, the Speed Police, that gorgeous Tour Preferred Locker, trips to the Kingdom, Hack Golf and now this.  The best defense is a good offense...

I agree. I wonder if there's an over saturation point though. People who are sick of TM are probably rolling their eyes. Still, a free 6 iron is nice.

The rules still actuall mention getting a free Burner 6i, so I get the feeling they were just copy and pasted. Still, it's good to stay in the bounds said in the rules.
