I'm dirty the mx-300s aren't in lefty, the kind of clubs I've been wanting for years. I don't like the look of offset and I don't like a thick top line.

When I saw the pics and read up of them I was excited, finally a club that had a tradional looking head, not too big, thin top line and a cavity back for a bit of forgiveness...... of course it's not available in left hand.

I use a 10.5 driver and need a stiff shaft, I've got a better chance of finding Bin laden than a LH 10.5 driver with a stiff shaft in a shop.

We do on a rare occassion find a great deal, but that comes along every 3yrs. I suppose we are protected from fake clubs on ebay, if major companies don't make many LH clubs why would the crims make fakes

Being a lefty and a clubmaker makes it difficult to try and relate "feel" or performance to a righty. But we don't carry a company unless some sort of Lefty stuff is available from them.

I have found some great irons, putters and FW's, the driver is tougher.

I agree. When I got into components, I finally went with Hireko because of their lefty selection- it's at least 3 times the size of Golfsmith and Golfworks combined. The only Golfworks driver and fairway heads available to lefties are the square-headed Distance Master line... yuck (I'm not a fan of square heads). Good luck finding component putters- Golfsmith have these killer-looking Tour Platinum line (my personal fav is the 7805), but no lefty models. Hireko has their Bionik line, but I'm not a fan of anything made of zinc. So......

There's also something I've been playing around in my head; I want to throw it out there to see if others think this way, or to confirm I'm just crazy ( :) ). Let's use Golfworks for this example. They offer their Tricept PFT driver at $100 (head only). they also have a KE4 SSF1 driver head for $100. Both are RH only. As I mentioned earlier, they have the Distance Master Pro Ti2 (square) head for $57 ($2 more than the RH version). Now, if the PFT and SSF1 perform "better" than the Pro Ti2, and they're only available in RH, is that discrimination, or does it prove that price isn't a determination of performance?

Just a little background info on materials used: the PFT is made with 15-3-3-3 Beta Titanium, the SSF1 and Pro Ti are both 6-4 Titanium.

All you lefties should take a trip to Canada. We have a pretty good selection of LH stuff up here. I think that something like 25% of golfers in Canada are LH (don't quote me on that). It might have something to do with hockey (don't quote me on that either)? Anyways we don't get it too bad as far as selection, mind you the tour issue stuff and some of the limited release stuff is still unavailable, oh yeah and putters too. Ping seems to be the only one that has all (most of) their stuff available to both sides of the ball.

Check out golf works KE$ line specifically for the lefty. I am gaming the driver and it is a rocket. A lower flying trajectory than the standard lefty stuff. The FW is lower profile and larger than standard FW's and the HYBrid is a bit forward set and heavier for shorter lengths.

As mentioned by others:
1. Low if any inventory
2. Little Chance to demo clubs before you buy if you are in a smaller golf market
3. Some clubs not even made in lefty -- Cobra S2 Forged -- Callaway X-24 etc.
4. Only 1-2 options for a 3+ 13 degree wood -- Titleist 910 and Cobra S9-1 pro
5. Can't order a GFF mizuno putter from the UK for $230 - not offered in LH - Shucks!
6. Every salesman assumes you are right handed when looking at clubs -- not a woe, but funny at times!
7. Every ball is made for a RH golfer ONLY! -- Has to be why i slice / hook every shot!
8. IMO club components / used clubs are more expensive on Ebay and elsewhere when i hunt them down. Tour issue driver heads are like $175-$350 in RH, but regular issue heads are $300+ in LH. Maybe i just have expensive taste or bad eyes! ha

Solutions:
1. Hate your parents for allowing you to do things LH
2. Practice putting RH - (I'm lefty, but when i use a LH grip and put RH it feels smoother most of the time) This will open up putter options!
3. Never play with your friends because you hate not being able to use their clubs.
4. Become a club (starts w/ Wh and rhymes with door) and buy the latest and greatest stuff out each year -- GETS RATHER PRICEY I'M SURE, but hey RH's Do It, so why can't LH's--
5. Quit playing because you were cursed with only have enough Coordination to do things one way. --I myself am LH and feel like a retard / girly man when i swing anything righty!

I've found some putter companies that make outstanding LH models.
Yes has a few,
Puretti(SP) I tried them and they have some great feel.
If I can get Kirk Currie to come out of retirement we are set.

wedges, Eidolon was it for a while now score golf?

barbajo  You'd think a fantasy team with Webb Simpson, Rory, Hunter, Graeme McDowell & Louis Ousthauizen would do some serious damage at the Player's. Well, they did, but not the kind of damage you want...
