Not sure what you have for an enclosure or what is wrong with it, so hard to recommend a repair.

 

If you are looking towards a replacement I have one of these...

Only used it for one season so far, but I really like it.  Very easy to see out of, goes off and on quickly, and I really like being able to roll the front windscreen to the side.  Before that I had one of the cheap $70 ones from Golfsmith.  It worked ok, but the plastic windows got crinkly and hard to see out of very quickly, only lasted a season or two.

Thanks for the suggestion for replacing it.. But I am looking for repairing my existing enclosure instead of replacing it with new one.. 

 

Do you have any reference from where I can get repair it completely

If it is a canvas type of material any type of shop that does upholstery work or repairs on convertable tops should be able to do it but it could be expensive may be cheaper to replace the whole thing
