I own a X Hot Pro driver.  Wondering if the X2Hot Pro driver sleeve is compatible with my driver head.  I'm trying to set the XHot Pro driver to 11.5 degree. 

 

As I understand it the sleeves are compatible.

Nope, the X2Hot Pro uses the dual cog Optiforce tip and the XHot uses the old single cog Optifit.  Not backwards compatible.
