Congratulations to KennyB!

 

Kenny showed the values that we want to see in our members. He was helpful in adding more data to the Scor community test as well as asking questions to help better all of our games.

 

There were other members that were really close to being selected - start a few more topics and get the discussions going and your name will be on top for November!

 

Each month we'll pick a member to be our member of the month and they'll get to use a special avatar to show off their accomplishment. The MGS Member of the Month isn't about who has the most posts. In the past we had a member post a simple "Why I don't like Bubba" thread that exploded. Helping answer questions, creating new discussions and participating in others, being open to other's viewpoints, making new members feel welcome, and encouraging others to join the forum are examples of what we're looking for in our member of the month. Above all, have fun being a member of the forum and don't be a d-bag.

 

As a reward for being selected Member of the Month, the member will get to choose between a grip or cover from Ace of Clubs

WOW! What an honor!

 

I've seen all of the posts from you guys over the past couple of years, and marveled at how much information you all provide. I started out probably like a lot of new spys do; just reading. I am not sure how I started jumping in but you all make everyone feel very welcome to participate. I have enjoyed every minute. I will do my best to represent MGS like the MoMs before me.

 

Thank you all, and a very special Thank You to Daniel at Ace of Clubs Golf Co. for being a great sponsor. I had already picked out the orange lizard putter headcover and it was on my Christmas list. Now it's not! I'll post a pic when I get it with my orange Sunfish headcovers that I ordered after seeing them on MGS.

Congrats Kenny, I just wish you didn't live so far away....

You are not all that far away. Maybe next spring when the rains stop? My wife and I have a golf trip to Bend/Redmond, Oregon the last week in April, but I have never played in Canada. Always wanted to go up to the Columbia valley north of Spokane, but could make a trip a little more west.

 

On another post T mentioned that they might make a trip up to Oregon. Maybe you could head south?

My buddies love my purple alligator!

The Two-Tone Black & Purple Alligator leather is a really interesting leather that we decided to experiment with. We originally used it to make putter headcovers for the University of Washington Golf Team.
