Saw that deal in a couple of places -- have seen the irons in stores but never driver.  Would seriously like to try it...

All m3 woods and hybrids are seriously low prices in UK currently - tempting. But so are Bridgestone j40 woods and hybrids - anyone playing the j40 hybrid? Any good?

I was told that Wilson are sticking to M3 another year. Not sure now. 

 

Great clubs with just one problem - driver sound. So terrible. If you don't mind - go for it. I mean, people played Cobra drivers 10 years ago. And the Nike SQ Sumo.

I heard the sound via a Youtube vieo review........very similar to the Cobra LD Speed which i used to game.

 

 

If the sound annoys your playing partners, then maybe it will take them out of their game so you can win.......LOL

I hit the J40 hybrid a while back and I didn't think too much of it. It was a little on the bigger side, like my Titleist 910H and from what I recall, it felt alright. It didn't excite me enough to even think about having it in the bag but it's not a bad club, that's just my opinion.

Walked into my Pro Shop this morning to see a rack of Wilson FG Tour M3 Drivers and 3 Woods.......and they were priced at $120 for driver and $80 for 3 wood......was tempted to get them.....but since I have no issues with my Bio Cells.....I told myself no.

The hosels on the M3's look huge in photos. How are they in person? I was really excited for W/S for 2014 and I lost my enthusiam when I saw the M3 hosel size. I guess I'm not overly surprised they are being cleared out.

The blade irons were what really interested me, but I probably have no business in those.

 

Another driver that is a really good stick and on sale for silly prices in the Cleveland XL Custom. Really nice head and shaft choices if you want a good one on the cheap, and it comes in different lofts, which I prefer. Believe they're down to around $99 most places. Worth every penny and then some.

I'm in the market for a 19* hybrid and was looking at these. The hybrids have a RIP shaft and the adjustability looks excellent. With having the ability to adjust the lie angle. But, I can't find one to demo around here. However, at $60 it wouldn't break the bank!

 I picked up one of the M3 hybrids(23* turned down to 22*) when the price dropped. I like that shaft quite a bit and the sound is very non metallic. Ball flight seems relatively low also. I have only hit them at the golf dome(hits the back at 60 yards) and the 22* hits the back lower than my 19* fybrid. Can't say for sure how it will look for the full flight outside when Spring comes.

The sound of the driver is nowhere near the sound of the Cobra LD Speed drivers.....

Not to get the thread off track but I just got a Titleist 913H 19* off eBay for right around $70 and I love it. Stupid easy to hit. It just kicked my Ping G25 20* out of the bag.
