Keegan moves to TravisMathew

Tis the season for equipment changes, and that includes apparel it seems... Keegan Bradley has opted to make the change previously to a regular length putter and now also has a new (very fashionable) wardrobe!

Two-time Ryder Cup star and 2011 PGA Champion Keegan Bradley has teamed up with laid back, SoCal golf apparel and lifestyle brand TravisMathew in a deal that will see the golfing icon wear the brand's clothing for the foreseeable future.“We are excited to welcome Keegan Bradley to the TravisMathew family.” TravisMathew CEO, Travis Brasher said. “He is a perfect fit for our brand and exemplifies the TravisMathew culture both on and off the course.”Known for donning custom Jordan brand golf shoes while on the golf course, Bradley will now add the newest collections and a true laid back style to his wardrobe.“I am extremely excited to be joining team TravisMathew. I also saw that he bagged the Srixon z745 irons for the first time this week.  Travis Matthew, short putter, shift to Srixon, Jordan shoes that no one can get -- that's a lot of changes for ol' Keegan.  I hope he wins.

Totally pimped and nobody cares Keegan doesn't sell clothes? Does he? 

 

I've always wondered about these "perfect fit for our brand" comments. Is Travis Mathew that hesitates and annoys their partners ? 

 

I think it's really hard for these apparel companies to find players that will sell their products. It's probably 99% about getting high ranked players with a lot of tv time.

Well, if the directors at the GC don't edit down his pre-shot routine, Keegan is damn sure going to get a lot of screen time.  Travis Matthew should make sure to stamp their logo on his ass and back, because we'll be seeing it a lot with his stutter step back away move.
