Tidy work. That must be some engineering in that frame to support the seat.

They're available in the UK, I'll be looking our for them in the big stores.

It's got a seat but I'm a kind of large man. What's the weight limit on that bad boy? Lol

I've been looking at the combo since it was announced in late 2013, but as far as I know, it was not for sale in all of 2014.  It now is for sale, but I've seen it nowhere.

I like the features, particularly the seat which will be used more as cooler shelf than a seat, I can assure you.

The $469 price isn't really more than the cost of a premium bag and premium cart bought separately, but it definitely limits you to walking or you'll need a second bag for the times you don't.   I can also tell you based on my use of the Ogio Synergy combo cart that it will be VERY heavy, not for ladies or seniors, and you will need an SUV, otherwise you'll have a hard time finding space for it or lugging it in and out of a car trunk.

I also fear that it will not be strong enough to sit on.   The SunMountain carts I've owned in the past have been on the light and fragile side, much less robust than Clic Gear.

But I can just see that sucker paired up with some Nike Vapors  -- yowza, I can feel the Volt-age from here.

bag - SunMountain Synch with Ogio Synergy X4 cart
driver - :callaway-small: Optiforce 440, Paderson Kevlar Green stiff 46.5"
fwoods - :taylormade-small: Jetspeed, 3HL regular
irons - :taylormade-small:  Speedblades 3-8, 85g stiff steel, 2 up
wedges - :edilon-small: Scor 40, 45, 50, 54, 58
putter - :ping-small: Ketsch 35" slight arc, SuperStroke 2.0 mid-slim
ball - :titelist-small: ProV1x

It looks pretty slick but I have to agree with markb about the weight and lifting into a vehicle.

Their website says that it weighs 25 lbs; about 8 lbs more than my Sun Mountain MicroCart, or about the weight of a nice cart bag. Throw in my clubs and normal crap and it would be pushing 50 lbs. I'm glad that I can separate my bag from the cart when loading into my trunk/"boot".

It's also 10 in longer than my cart, so I could only get one in my trunk; my wife would be pissed (or I would be). I can get two MicroCarts and two cart bags in my trunk, but I can only do that because they can be separated.

I do like the looks of it; seems much sturdier than my cart, but unlike markb, I have used mine for several years without any problems at all. If I only played at one club and they had storage for it, I would go for it... but I don't and I won't.

I found with one particular SM cart, it had gotten so large I felt like I was pushing a large vehicle practically.

Kind of like the Hummer of golf carts at the time.

The seats are cool. But...setting a bad message/precedence about expected pace of play? LOL!
