Mr_Theoo
We've had the best player who hasn't won and the worst to have won a major so it seems appropriate to talks about the players who will never win one. I think Matt Kucher won't ever get one even though I love his game. Who's your choice? Jmikecpa
Sneds and Bill Haas are two that win enough and play at a high level that I think will not get it done at a major. Severtheties
I'd have to agree with the Sergio pick. He's never been good in the clutch. HighFade
Just watched Sergio hit one of the best shots I've ever seen. 230 yard cut from a downhill lie in a bunker, through a 5 yard gap in a tree line. Put it 5 yards short of the green. wow. Just wow. There is no spoon. Kenny B
Sergio gets over himself and wins a major or two. This year or next. My pick is Nick Watney. Good player that seems to be on a comeback but too technical. Needs more feel in his game. “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”
jaskanski
Based on the formula "if they haven't won yet then they probably never will", I give you the English triumvirate of Lee Westwood, Luke Donald and Ian Poulter. I hope I'm ultimately proved wrong, but something about their games seems to exclude them from getting the job done. Bigger surprises have won over the years, but if these 3 never won a major their whole career then it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Swedes don't seem to fair well in the major stakes either, so world #2 Henrik Stenson could be a pick too.

GolfSpy Barbajo
Westwood, Donald and Poulter are good choices -- maybe add Hunter Mahan, Charlie Hoffman and - news flash - Patrick Reed! He has a game built for Hawaii! mr_divots
CHIII was mine too. Hell, he can't even win another event, let alone a major. What a money maker though. Kor.A.Door
I agree with Theoo, Kuchar has been so good and is still playing at a high level, but he kind of disappears in the majors, CHIII is also a good pick, Lefties are always in their Right Mind
revkev
This is a tough thread - You could just pick some older on his way out early 40's something guy and be safe. How about player younger than 35 who has won already but won't win a major. That's a bit riskier. Sergio seems so obvious but there was a time when Phil was and look at him now. I'll go Luke Donald.
