Kind of doubt it. Lot of younger people love driving golf carts... in fact that's a good reason some of them go out there. Now if only golf courses would take the governors off of them....

Sorry Foz. I must disagree. Go ahead and give it a try and let us know what you think and how it worked out for you. However, I have an opinion. Care to hear it anyone? Well, you're going to hear it anyway. LOL

The Golfboard is just downright goofy. If you want to ride a skateboard then get on a sidewalk or street somewhere. I don't buy into the "maybe it will attract younger people to golf." Who cares? I'm pretty tired of all the breathless worry about what is golf going to do to attract more young people. Hey if you're young and want to take up the game. Welcome. If you're young and don't want to play golf. So be it. But don't expect me to want to change the game to suite your lifestyle or habits. Personally I don't really like golf carts all that much. (EasyGo - Clubcar, etc.) I only use one if it's mandatory or if I play an emergency 9 and am tired from walking. This Golfboard idea belongs over on the equally goofy TaylorMade site; Hack Golf. I am curious though.... does the Golfboard have a built-in juice box holder?

Yes it does....it can hold a juice box or beer, whatever you desire........not sure about holding a sixpack with ice though...

I don't know man. Kids get turned off by watching their old man or their grandfather driving the same thing as them. I work at a Chevy dealership and the old guys are buying the big cars like the impala and the kids are buying the cruzes ;)

  • 6 months later...

Well, the summer is almost over......How many of you got the opportunity to try the Golfboard?

My club had them for four months, but they did not generate enough interest and revenue to keep them........Post your experiences and comments here.

Did they work out at your club?
