If anyone of the Texas Open guys needs a place to crash that weekend, the wife and I have a guest bedroom and a foldout sofa in a converted space available. I can even point you to a few good Chinese buffets stocked with Sriracha.

I'm so sad this event left Tuscon. I loved being able to go to a more normal event where the golf is the focus after going to the Phoenix open where it's all just a party.

I think we could incorporate some different play formats too. Perhaps a best ball or alternate shot deal like in March play.

 

I personally like two out of the four big city courses and I'm ok with one of the others. But I've played Avery, Star, and Mill Creek up north. ShadowGlen also looks like it's in good shape again. We could splurge on Wolf Dancer too. Lots of choices in the area.

Like I said in the Minnesota Invitational discussion, if it works with my schedule, I could be tempted.  A little harder to get to TX than MSP on Delta though.

All about that Souhwest baby! I fly them whenever possible. Two free bags means a suitcase and clubs are always flying where I am.

Southwest doesn't fly into my airport. It's Delta, United and Alaska. I am lifetime Gold medallion on Delta which means free bags and a chance (although slim) of an upgrade. I also have lots of skymiles. Hard to get to some parts of TX having to fly through SLC.
