My belt clip broke twice. I've kept it in my pocket ever since. Probably a safer bet anyway.

Well if it is possiblefor there to be a silver lining to all of this, I have a setup coming. So I will use this as a cautionary tale for when I hit the course with my setup.

 

We will use you as a tale of woe to scare all the young golfers into taking extra good care of theequipment!

So i spoke with Game Golf. I asked about the chipping issue I had, and how it threw my averages off with my 7 iron (chipping club of choice). They said that there has been a request to find a way to tell the belt unit you are chipping, but they dont have it yet. Additionally, they said that after three rounds with the app OR the belt unit/tags, that the software will throw out out-lyers in club performance. So currently you will not have a way to get good chipping data, but it will not effect your overall club data.
