Here's the bag of tricks I tote around the course trying to shoot some reasonable numbers.  Not really much else to say except its mainly Mizuno stuff that I have to say is quality quality quality stuff :)

Fire I absolutely love my 3 wood.  Would have to say its the best 3 wood I've ever owned and the guys I play with absolutely hate it because I play it so well.  The feel it has is just indescribable and it goes both ways as well as straight.  Easier to fade off the deck though.  My stock shot with it is a 2 yard draw. The hybrids are a work in progress.  I've hit some of the best shots I've ever hit with them but when I'm a shade off they are absolutely awful to hit.  Thanks for asking :)

Apprenti23 the H5 3 & 4 irons are great and I'm so glad I got them.  I got the 5 & 6 iron too but they are in the sin bin because for some reason I tend to hook them.  I'm going to spend some time on the range and work out why eventually,  The 3 and 4 launch nice and high and I hit them really well plus its good for my ego being able to hit long irons as opposed to hybrids :lol:

I need a backup driver and want one that sounds like a cannon, (think Hy Bore).

 

I have heard the Ping G25 is a loud one, the 30 is not, what say you about the 25?

I think the G25 certainly sounds better than the G30 and for mine performs better.  The 30 has a very tinny sound to my ears where the G25 sounds loud and solid.  I have tried both side by side and the 25 was a hands down winner.

The Wilson Staff M3 is the loudest driver I've ever heard. Almost like the callaway FT-I

I don't think I've heard the Wilson but I know Callaway had one and it hurt my ears.  Had to stick my fingers in my ears every time the guy hit it.  In the end I think I offered him a bunch of band aids to put on the face to mute the noise :mad:
