KPMG Women's PGA Championship Preview, Pairings, and Discussions

The LPGA moves to New York this week for the playing of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. This will be the second major championship of the year. 

This will be tournament #15 of 32 on the LPGA schedule. It is also the 2nd of 5 majors.

I am taking the family up for the final round on Sunday.  Great track that I have played numerous times that will suite this type of event very well.  Nice to see the LPGA start this event at a classic course.

Had a good day at the LPGA with my son and two daughters. All of the ladies were nice and signed a bunch for the kids. My girls met Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie which made their day and also got a few signed golf balls and gloves from a few of the players. Course was in great shape and it was interesting that they decided to flip the 9's for the event which could have made it play a bit more tricky.
