stuie1111
I have now played five rounds with these insoles and can truly say that my knees, hips, and back feel much less strain. They are liquid filled so they move with your foot and increase circulation. I have always had a tendency to sway and feel off balance, therefore I was very interested to test their claim of allowing for better balance. It does take some getting used to but I must say that you can actually feel the sole redistributing your weight as you swing. This video https://youtu.be/srdw_WXvfVQexplains the technology and how it works. The nice thing is that they come with a two year warranty and they have a buy one get one free offer. Very impressed. www.happyfet.net/stuart
sp0rtsfan86
I recently bought insoles for all my shoes. Number one my knees don't bother me anywhere near as much. Better yet, my golf swing feels a lot more balanced every time. For those that struggle with balance or the like, insoles are worth every penny.
