Tiba Putt indoor practice plate

To start out I love the Tiba Putt putting gates and had used them a few times before I let my neighbor borrow them and then left them on the side of the putting green never to be seen again.

The only issue I had was I don't get to a putting green often to use them for them to be effective. So I contacted Tiba Putt about the possibility of making something so I could use it at home with my Birdie Ball putting green.

 

So after a few messages I ordered a new Tiba Putt gates to replace the ones my buddy lost and I was also sent the first prototype indoor practice plate. After a few minutes I noticed a few things and then asked my buddy to come tell me what he thought. He came to the same conclusion I did. I sent that feedback to Tiba Putt and then a few days later I got the new plate. This one was much better. The ball went to the same spot every time and had some great alignment lines. Also it has these very easy to use clips for attaching the gates to the plate and holes the gates in place very well.

 

 

At this point I went to the practice green at the course and hit 4 6ft putts from 6 different spots on "the clock drill" to get a baseline. I made 16/24 putts. Also I used the same putter and Snell MTB for all tests and practice.

 

After 3 weeks of using the Indoor practice plate for 20 minutes 3 times a week I went and and did the same test on the same hole on the practice green. This was my biggest improvement I made 19/24 putts on the around the clock drill.

 

I did this same thing two more times taking the same 3 weeks in between each test and using the same hole on the practice green. On the second test I made 20/24 putts and the third test I made 21/24 putts.

 

So from the numbers I made a significant improvement with my putting when using the Tiba Putts gates and indoor practice plate. I have noticed a vast improvement on the course also. In my recent club championship I only missed 1 putt inside 6ft in 36 holes and that was due to a mental error from not focusing after a playing partner stepped in my line.

 

So this will be great for those people who will be suffering from terribly cold winters or people that can't make it to the course to practice often. I highly recommend this Indoor practice plate if you do any sort of indoor practice.

Are going to sell a kit with everything or just the plate separate?
