Stripping finsh on Cleveland wedge

Hey I know muratic acid will strip the finish off of any wedge but I don't want to deal with the bad stuff afterwards I have a oil canned Cleveland raw tour grind edge that's a couple months old and is already shedding its finish so I can see the silver of the raw wedge and I want to get rid of it so I can torch it like already have with my vokeys any suggestions?

If you do not want to deal with the acid you can send them off to Continental Golf In Raleigh NC I think the charge around $30 a head. They do have a website sorry I do not know how to do the link thing

Soak it in CLR for 3 hours or Vinegar or Coke for a day. Scrub with a green scotch brite pad if needed

Another option is The Iron Factory which has been rebuilding irons and wedges for many years.

Thanks guys I soaked it in clr for about 20 minutes then sanded it until it went raw turned out pretty cool all sorts of purples and blues until it dropped out of the vice and landed on a cloth and that stuck to it so I took the dremel out and sanded all the crap that was stuck on it resanded it and did it again turned out the same thank goodness
