Point me in the right direction golf course software!

I hope someone here can help.

Golfing drinking and laughing as we do and myself and a few Buddies came up with an app idea!

We require licensed software of course layouts, could be virtual courses, doesn't matter. Looking for good graphics an indoor golf type of system without the ball flight element.

Limited funds to kick this idea off and no one seems to want to talk to us. Big boys, IE games seem to have most licensing wrapped up.

 

If anyone can help me out with some ideas and/or contacts, it would be very much appreciated!

Do you have NDA contracts setup so you can share your idea, and yet have it protected? I would suggest making that your first move.

I do have NDA signed from a local international app developer!

I trust them, a friend also uses their services with no issues, good guys, also fellow golfers.

All good on that front, I am protected within our group. if the idea gets out before launch I am kinda screwed!

I have been in light discussion with parallel golf but they haven't been responding to email.

For the developer to get a go on the project he needs as as pasted:

 

Based on your website, you already offer 3d models for golfing simulators that are usable in Unity3D framework. Are they desktop optimised or can they be easily optimised for mobile devices as well (performance wise)? Do the models also include data layers to define fairway, semi-rough, rough, OB, Water, etc areas? How about data point for different tee-off boxes? How large (filesize) is an average course model with HD graphics resolution?

 

Is it possible to get example 3d model for one hole to make sure its compatible for our purpose?

 

 

I am a windows 98 guy with limited if not useless IT skills.

Want to get the app developed and out there to gauge response, work out the bugs and on to the second version right away.
