As the title says... any recommendations?

Doesn't have to be custom made... any OEM model will do too.

Thanks!

I have the Carbon Ringo 1/4 and love it. Look and feel are awesome. Unfortunately it looks like they raised their prices by $50.

Thanks guys! The Anser Milled 5 was the only one I could think off.

I'll check them out!

There definitely aren't many face balanced blade putters available, but if you can fit well into FB then 30* toe hang won't be bad for you either.

Ping Anser Milled 5, Bettinardi QB6 and Kuchar, Scotty Cameron Tei3 long neck (I have this and the experimental Proto if you're interested) are all face balanced.

Lots more options at 30* toe as well- Cameron notch back, Cameron square back, odyssey 1 wide, Toulon Rochester, etc.

I've been using the bettinardi signature 7 which has the double bend shaft and ping karsten tr answer 5 with the long neck. The ping is easier to line up for me than the bettinardi but not as pretty. Both have the anser head shape that I prefer

Not sure their putters count as "Anser-style" but the Axis1 putters are pretty awesome. Their value proposition is a perfectly balanced torque-free putter. They also put the center of gravity in the sweet spot of the putter face and in line with the shaft. Not sure what that's supposed to do but i noticed that my putts have no skid whatsoever when i hit them and the ball always starts exactly on the line I intended provided i don't hit an awful stroke.  I've had only had one for a few days now but i absolutely love it.

My only complaint is that the grip is small but i guess it's just a standard putter grip and i have big hands and long fingers. Once i get a bigger grip put on i'm sure i'll love it even more.

I got mine from www.axis1.com I was skeptical after seeing their commercial on golf channel but the 30-day money back guarantee enticed me to take the plunge. So far it's looking like it's gonna stay in my bag. Another complaint was the shipping charges, but I guess that's a UPS thing not necessarily the company's fault.

I'm playing in a scramble tourney tomorrow on a high end course so we'll see how it holds up on some speedy, well-manicured greens.  But i've gone total fanboy so far

If you haven't got your putter yet....

I have face balanced Betti and Ping putters and was using the Ping exclusively for the last few years. The head became loose, so time to repair or replace. I forgot I had a Rife 460 Tour Blade in the closet. I took it out about a month ago and can't believe how much better I am putting. Very smooth roll and distance control is cake. If you see one around, they are pretty cheap used. Might wanna give one of those, or any Rife Anser a try. Good luck.
