I bet that adds at least $50 to the average cost of a SC.

Really kind of cool looking. They should make those customizable and removeable, thinking like a personalized shaft band instead of a name/address/phone sticker!

I'm with Tyk, very cool looking. Plus I won't have to see comments like "Shaft band in perfect condition" on eBay when I'm looking for a new addition to the bag. I suppose if I was a collector I'd probably care about that, but for what I'm looking to use it for, the condition of the shaft band is something I could care less about.

Just when you thought he'd run out of clever ways to bilk more dollars for his already grossly overpriced putters, he comes up with yet another totally unnecessary add-on (to go along with the headcover thing). More power to him I suppose, but me thinks money would be better spent on a putting lesson.

That's going to add at least $150 to the cost of a putter. Sad thing is, I remove the shaft band on all of my putters before they ever see a ball.

I read Tyk's comment of adding $50 and I thought, "Umm, maybe triple that, or more."

It looks cool, but I wouldn't pay more for it.

I like how it looks. Maybe this will be the new standard for his OEM offerings.

I think that is a nice touch to a custom or a collectible. But I wouldn't pay the extra dough for a putter that I was gaming.

barbajo  You'd think a fantasy team with Webb Simpson, Rory, Hunter, Graeme McDowell & Louis Ousthauizen would do some serious damage at the Player's. Well, they did, but not the kind of damage you want...
