Customer service done right!

Hello all you spies!!

 

Recently my Leupold GX-3 rangefinder that I have had for several years started having issues with the display so I contacted the company. After a little bit of back and forth communication Leupold recommended that I return it for evaluation, so I did. A few days later I received an e-mail letting me know that the company had received my rangefinder and it could possibly take up to 24 days for repair. 24 days isn't so bad but I rely pretty heavily on my rangefinder so I was a little bit unhappy that it might take that long. Fast-forward about a week and I get home from work to find a box waiting for me, Leupold sent me a brand new rangefinder and even upgraded to the newer nicer model!!!!! That is the kind of customer service that makes you feel like you bought the right product to begin with!! I don't know if any of you might have had similar experiences but I was so surprised and pleased that I thought it was worth sharing.

Today, I will do what others will not so that...

Yes sir, I did......and let them know that I would be sharing this story with anyone who would listen!

I'm pretty happy with the two GPS Bands I have now.  But if I were to buy a laser, Leupold was the one it was going to be, even before reading this post.  This certainly cemented it.

I love it when people post these good customer service experiences here in the forum.  When we let the vendor know that we post here, they get good publicity and I think it helps with better service down the road.  I recently did the same with a pair of Kentwool socks.  They have a no-blister guarantee, and I got one.  They sent me a new pair of socks!! They were very pleased that I posted my customer service experience here in the forum.  Good job Wannabegolfer!!!

So good to hear about companies doing the right thing!

 

I Had a great experience with Callaway when I caved the facemy xhot 3 wood during a range session. I was pretty bummed because I was hitting it really well.

 

Called them and they sent me a brand new XR16! Apparently they have a two year warranty and don't require proof of purchase.

 

Will buy Callaway again because of it.1472583685939.jpg
