I just want to say how much I love Callaway and the service they give to us homers.

My zipper on my US Open staff bag began to separate from the fabric. Asked Callaway what was the best way to fix it and they said not easily but instead of fixing it, would I be interested in swapping it for this year's regular staff bag.

Well after they quit twisting my arm I agreed to it lol

They'll monogram it and it'll be almost like mine that I have now.

Love the folks at Callaway!

The team at Callaway is in the running for US Customer Service group of the year for golf club companies.  Stories like this are the rule and not the exception.

Actually In my case a resounding yes.

 

They made a huge mistake on an order this week for one of our outings.  We thought we would have to tell the Event Planner they wouldn't have shirts to give out at registration on Thursday. 

 

Nike went to work, and within 36 hours had a complete new delivery of 170 shirts run and delivered, 1 day ahead of the outing.    

 

I realize it was there mistake in the first place, but they didn't make excuses or try to offer an alternative, they just immediately fixed the problem and the the outing will go off as planned.

Also very impressed with the service. Called yesterday because the legs on my wife's 4 year old hyperlite 3.0 bag have always had retraction issues. I just wanted to see if there was an easy fix. The result? Callaway is sending her a brand new bag. I'll definitely look more their way on future purchases.

After reading this I decided to call about my Callaway Hyper-Lite 4.5 stand bag. It has a rather large rip in the bottom of the front pocket.

 

I called the customer service number and explained what had happened and with out having to answer any crazy questions I was told that they are going to exchange my bag for a brand new Hyper-lite 4

 

I am beyond pleased and very excited. They have made quite the impression and I'm sure i will purchase from Callaway in the future.
