So about 2 weeks ago I purchased a full set of SuperStroke's TX1 grips and had them installed on to my set. After about 2 rounds in fair weather the grips felt horrible and slick. I took them back to the shop I bought them from and they agreed that they were not supposed to fell like that, however they said that since they have been installed they really can't help me out and to contact SuperStroke directly. 

 

Here I am thinking that I am going to get no where. But either way I gave it a shot and emailed customer service at SuperStroke. Within an hour I had a reply from Zach. After a couple emails back and forth with him asking some questions he offered to send me the new S-tech free of charge, as well he threw in a couple extras just in case. I had them within a week and will be getting them installed this weekend. 

 

I just wanted to make known how good the people at SuperStroke were in making a customer happy. Will be sticking with them for more than just their putter grips.

Good customer service is key when it comes to making or breaking it in business. Making it right for customers will always win customers to return back to your business. Unfortunately, some businesses out there only believe in the bottom line and making the $$, glad everything went well
