Interesting for sure, I could care less what equipment he has in the bag as long as he can find the fairway or at least the ball! Going to be good (I'm hoping!)

What equipment pros play doesn't effect what I buy, or at least hasn't yet. I don't think Woods will change equipment for a while based on the past but I've been wrong plenty of times before.

Interesting. I'm sure Bridegestone will take full advantage of that in it's marketing. It has always seemed to most of its dollars towards balls vs clubs.

If he's playing it but they aren't under a contract with him then they can't use his name at all.

 

Same reason you don't see taylormade talking about Rory using their metal woods

I'm just curious if he'll actually play any of them in competition. Thursday is a long way away, and I've already been let down once. Either way, it is intriguing to see what he equipment he chooses. As discerning as he is, it should speak volumes about his choice.
