So, golf a popular sport in Oregon Nic? Looks like you're the only guy who is crazy enough to play in all that rain. :)

Seems like we have our diehards here like everywhere else, but I wouldn't, call it super popular. Seems like more people are into fishing and outdoor things than golf. I might be wrong..

Maybe Footjoy should team up with Birkenstocks and tap into a completely new demographic for golf. After all, granolas already like the outdoors. That could be money.

Yeah, I love sandals (actually, it's more that I hate socks), but the golf sandals I've tried were pretty weak. If they came out with a legit golf sandal, I'd be all over it. I guess the problem is that the more you build up the sandal to hold the foot in place, the less like a sandal it becomes.
