Why does it have to be Callaway? Ive tried about every tour ball on the market and I'd have to say that Callaways balls are down towards the bottom. For me, all tour balls perform the same, so it comes down to one factor....durability. I find I have to throw Callaways out after about 3-4 holes. It goes all the way back to the HX Tour; their covers were so soft, you could scuff them with your fingernails, one full wedge shot and they were toast.
If you're willing to give them a try, check out Master Grips C4 Tour; for the money, they are the best ball on the market. Pro V1 performance, half the cost.
