I've been shrinking mine to 400 pixels to make them fit. Not sure if it's supposed to be that way, but it's what I've been doing.

There is also something really wrong with the color of your avatar... you should look into that.

Yeah, I've been shrinking mine to 600X400 before uploading to Photobucket. Running out of bandwidth though...
