SPY VIP The Dansome Posted March 21, 2013 SPY VIP Share Posted March 21, 2013 Anyone seen this? They're trying to create a super golf bag and want people's input. I assume it's serious. TWShoot67
I like the idea as well. I have issues with almost every bag I own from lightweight to cart/staff bags. I would like it if someone could come up with a way for easy/simple design that allows clubs to not get tangled at grip level and also keeps faces from smacking together. This just may be it, hope it's not bulky or impossible to fit on cart. looks good so far. TWShoot67
Just played this past weekend in our Spring Fling Scramble and my playing partner had this bag by Titleist. Looks sweet and plenty of room for clubs. Also the dividers run the length of the bag not like some that have 14 holes but only 4/6 way dividers. Here's a link of the bag I'm talking about: http://www.titleist.com/accessories/cart-bags/lightweight-cart-bag.aspx The Bag: Right handed Cobra King FLYZ+ 10.5* w/ Aldila Rogue 125 R 44.5" Tour Issued TM M2 10.5 w/ Mitsubishi Tensi CK Pro Blue 60S Tour Issued TM M2 15* w/ GD Tour AD 7S 43" TM R7 17.5 HFS w/ Tour AD 7S Stiff 42" Cobra S3 Pro's 4-pw w/ Aldila RIP Tours SLT 115 Reg. 5i 38.5" Titleist Vokey Proto's 52*,54*,58* all TTDG S-400 TM TP5 X Scotty Cameron SSS Tiffany 009 350 34.5" or Bettinardi BB1 DASS Proto GHIN # 5144472

whiskey golf
Those are nice and look like they organize the clubs really well. One thing though, is there a spot to put other stuff like balls, tees, etc? Am I just not seeing it. And do you just carry it by the handle?
Tyk
I've been following the design process on Facebook. They just posted yesterday that the price point they were expecting was "under $1000"! Not quite sure how to interpret that. I've never seen a golf bag that was OVER $1000, although I'm sure someone somewhere (probably here even! ) owns one! GolfSpy WD
Thanks, those different views definitely help see what you're getting at. Just a thought, it'd be very cool if the bag had a modular concept. For example, on a cart, I could zip on some extra pockets or some other attachment. On travel I could leave those things behind. Glad to have you on the forums Bagolf! @GolfSpy_WD
BagolfConcept
We are on prototype phase, we expect to be able to start to sell in September 2013. The price is not defines yet because we still need determinants items. About weight, we focus our efforts to realize a bag of less than 4.5 pounds …

Rickles
Thanks for answering my questions. I'm excited for you to bring it to retail. I am a scratch golfer who plays a few times a week and even a little bit ib competitive amateur events. I like the idea of a light weight carry bag that still protects and easily arranges and handles your clubs. The magnet idea is a great one. No bag chatter would be great on my mizzies! Aotearoa_Brad
It looks great! Seems like it'd be a great bag for those of us who take clubs in-flight as well - can you comment on the strwength of the 'chassis'? The 'no chatter' is a definite bonus. Any thoughts on a modular 'travel top' as well that maybe clicks in place to protect the heads during transportation? I love the concept! Thanks for sharing Brad
