    By LeftyHawk

This course is truly challenging. Arnie loved water and natural settings, Jack loved sand, and there's a lot of it. Chose you club wisely so as to avoid the sand traps and keep it out of the water. Beautiful course, be sure to take time to enjoy the round.

  10. Eagle Glenn
    By LeftyHawk

Ray Hearn and Jerry Matthews replicated a little corner of Scotland right here in mid-Michigan. Eagle Glen is known throughout the state of Michigan for its beautiful appearance year-to-year maintained by Superintendent James Halstead and staff. The course consists of large, quick, undulating greens that always roll true, well manicured bent grass tees and fairways, environmentally protected natural wetlands, 73 bunkers and hundreds of mounds, all of which makes Eagle Glen a true hidden gem. Tucked away in Farwell and conveniently close to US-27, US-10 and M-115, Eagle Glen is a must play on your next northern Michigan

  11. Pohlcat
    By LeftyHawk

PohlCat, located in the heart of Michigan, is a championship-style course played over, and around, the scenic 100-foot wide Chippewa River. The course was designed by former PGA Tour pro, and Mt. Pleasant native, Dan Pohl.

There are plenty of similarities between the great PGA Tour courses Dan played and the tough, but fair, design of PohlCat. This design offers players a unique golfing experience by combining beautiful northern Michigan scenery with a links-style feel.

  16. Glendale Golf & Country Club - Winnipeg MB
    By Mmdanz

Hell of a course, designed by Stanley Thompson.

Was here for 8 months and joined on a whim, as it was close to work. Very Challenging and oh so fun to play.

Will remember this course for a long time, as i made some friends in a new place, and whittled my index down to a 12 from 23.

Nothing but fond memories of this place. Thanks for the good times, Glendale!
