Haywood CB/MB Irons - 2024 Forum Review
KC Golf replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in Forum Testing Reviews
Can’t wait to see the various unboxing photos! The Haywood’s look great. -
Given I change putters only once every 5-7 years at most, I think $700-$1,000 for a putter that works for me in a custom fitting is something I am willing to pay for. It seems like a lot but it’s a very important piece of golf equipment.

I will have to go look at the Qi10, I haven’t seen it up close yet. Looks nice. Thanks for the post.

The Cobra looks fantastic at Address… can’t wait to try it on outdoor demo day.

So I think on a golf course there should be some level of dress code. No jeans, no torn or cut clothing; no super short shorts, golf shoes / appropriate sneakers of some kind. Other than that I am okay with basically anything. May be some leeway with kids if we are looking at trying to raise awareness of golf to elementary school students. On a range I think anything goes. Let’s attract more people to the sport. I agree we should make the sport more attractive to all, but some basics should still apply

Titleist for me would be really easy. But for fun, a DTC brand like Haywood or Takomo would be really interesting. Mizuno would be another intriguing option for me. I think Takomo doesn’t have a putter, so may have to get creative.

A little music is okay, but LIV takes beyond that and it’s obnoxious.

Congratulations Jamie. You and team have really made this Forum what it is. So Thank you for all that you do!

I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Now at least you can move on.

The last bag I bought was a Titleist. Should have stuck with a Ping. The Titleist legs are just not as stable (they got bent slightly too) and the bag is just okay, not great.

I love The “unendorsed” “unsanctioned” potentially similar to a Pro Sendr with a round “sphere” using a bit of Velcro and a dog toy. It was great. A highlight of the call yesterday. Glad the editing work is proving to be a lot of fun… Michael It’s a great Podcast. I think Lou, Greg and Mark are a great combo. Mark is one of my favourites on X giving short clips / tips daily.

Great work MGS. Happy to see the TSR3 in the testing pool and also for it to finish strong despite it being one of the oldest model in the test. It’s a great driver. (Yes biased). Surprised that more of the LS drivers are not finishing higher. The notes suggest limited success in adjusting LS fit, but still surprising in my view. Also a little surprised that more AI based drivers are not finishing higher in the forgiveness category.

Aaron Rogers on the short list for VP with RFK Jr. If the Achilles doesn’t heal he may have other things to do in the Fall!
