I would think to just measure the weight of the hybrid you use, and then add lead tape to the extra club to match the swing weight of the one you use, and it doesn't have to be perfect, it can be 1 or 2 swing points off. Also adding length or shortening length of your club will change the swing weight.

I usually just shorten my swing to hit it shorter, usually the only time I will grip down is when the ball is above my feet.

The added grip weight would reduce the swing weight because there would be more weight on the side of the club that is away from the head.

I think adding the 50 degree would help more, the only club that needs really sharp groves is your highest lofted club, in my opinion.

I personally really like it, it's a really good price for what it is.

The top flite titanium is the worst ball I've ever hit, it feels like a rock. The newer ones feel like a regular cheap ball, so they are fine.

I use my 3-wood a lot, but thinking about taking it out as it only goes a few yards more than my 5-wood.

As long as they work, I think they're fine. I'm a scratch and still use Wilson C200 irons, which are game improvement.

Even gapping is more important. I used to have a 4 iron and 4 hybrid in my bag.

Probably under clubbing and missing short putts.
