  1. I started with a SC200 to obtain general info. I then got the Foresight GC3 hitting into a net in my garage or on the driving range. I like the ball data when trying out different clubs and shafts. I'm in the process of building my indoor hitting room with a retractable impact screen. This will be fun to practice "playing on golf courses" during inclement weather, especially during winter months. I'm sure my golf buddies will be visiting me more often!
  2. I retire a ball when: 1) scuff mark from hitting a cart path or tree that may affect the ball flight, 2) My Sharpie markings gets faded or ball cover is no longer shiny, which is around 18 to 27 Holes, or 3) Whenever I lose my ball . The ball that survives condition 1 or 2 above, gets used for practicing my pitching, chipping and bunker shots.
  3. Definitely play...it's one of my bucket list course. Now I just need to find a member to invite me! BTW, what's the course record for me to try and break?
  4. Yeah, I love my Mizuno 4 - 9 but my PW wasn't as accurate/consistent for some reason. So, I got the Vokey 46 to replace the PW. It was a great move and a confidence booster. I'm throwing darts like my other wedges now!

  6. A low fade/slice since usually a fade/slice goes high since the clubface is open. I have a plus handicap friend that can hit them if needed. Maybe that's why he's a plus handicap player
  7. Music doesn't bother me as long as it's not too loud, mainly so it doesn't bother others on the course. But as a courtesy, the golfer should ask others in the group (if not his regular playing partners) if it's okay to play his music.
  8. I definitely walk unless it's a scramble tournament where I need to retrieve the non-selected ball and to speed up play. Walking allows me to maintain my pace of play, warm me up during the cold winter/cooler mornings, loosens up my muscles and plan my next club selection/trajectory/landing spot. If it warm, I use a sun reflecting umbrella. I got a battery powered MGI Navigor AT 3 years ago and that has been a game changer! I put everything in a staff bag to I'm prepared for every weather condition, drinks, practice balls, etc. It's like having a caddy and it can pull me up steep hills so I'm never tired. Walking has definitely got me into shape, its more enjoyable and has save me money not renting a cart. Senior Champ
