  1. I know for a fact that that the irons were on the conforming list for a minute and then they were pulled. Who knows if/when they will get resubmitted? @chisag is right. The target audience for Costco isn't aware or concerned about loft gaps in their irons/wedges. In my bag I've got a set match Attack Wedge @ 49 degrees and then a 54 degree wedge that get used most of the time. I technically have a 58 degree wedge but that rarely, if ever, gets used. The idea of having a 60 in my bag is even less appealing. For how cheap the wedges are and if they were to fit my playing style, I'd consider just using the 52 and 56 and leave the 60 on a shelf. I just got my ship notification so sometime next week I'll have an initial review.
  2. Got mine yesterday. Proudly displayed on my bag and with my MGS driver headcover.
  3. No irons yet but the V2 wedges just came out. Hopefully that means the irons aren’t too far behind since they both hit the conforming list around the same time, right? https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-gen-2-high-performance-3-piece-wedge-set.product.4000180861.html
  4. Time to revive this thread. Found the V2 wedges online for the same price as in store. Gonna buy some today and see how they do. My complaint about the V1 wedge was the lack of bounce for my game as well as leading edge being too sharp. They seem to have changed the grind on these a little bit. Will report back later on how they do. https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-gen-2-high-performance-3-piece-wedge-set.product.4000180861.html
  5. Picked up a double dozen the other day and had a chance to play them yesterday. I’m not a high level player but I had absolutely no issues with them. I currently play a V1X or Maxfli Tour X so I like a little spinnier ball. When I was hitting my driver well, I had several 260(ish) yard drives which is about normal for me. Iron play was the distance I would expect. Ball didn’t seem to spin any more or less than my normal balls. It definitely stung less losing them at only $1/ball as opposed to $3-4 each. This could be put into regular rotation. We will see how they fare in the ball lab as far as quality and the 2023 ball test as far as comparative performance. It seems like an even better bang for your buck than before.

Date 05/19/2023 Course Name Angel Park Mountain Gross Score 90 Course Handicap 25 Gross Strokes over/under par 19 Net Score to Par -6 Net Score 65 Net Birdies or better 6 Longest Drive 330 Been out sick but came back with a vengeance. The 330 drive had a tail wind to help but I ain’t mad about it.

Few blowup holes, but lots of promising potential.
  11. See I don’t get the idea of sports washing. I don’t care who funds the league. LIV has not changed my opinion of the Saudis in any way. I just watch it for the golf.

Date 04/28/2023 Course Name Las Vegas National Gross Score 100 Course Handicap 26 Gross Strokes over/under par 29 Net Score to Par 3 Net Score 74 Net Birdies or better 6 Longest Drive 260 Another tale of 2 9’s. Really had a round going and just couldn’t hit a drive on the back 9. 10 over on the front, 19 over on the back
  13. Treasure these rounds. They are what keep you going and coming back for more! Well done.
