    A ball last me maybe 3 or 4 holes if I’m lucky. Lol. In all seriousness when I do have a ball that makes it through a round I normally will keep using it.

    I have both but prefer my spikeless Nike Air Max. They are more comfortable, but when it’s a little wet they do not provide the traction I need.

    Just recently got diagnosed with sciatica, and haven't been able to play as much this year due to the pain. Any tips for others that golf that have sciatica? Any good stretches or warm up techniques?
