  1. @Tiftaaft, wanted to get a couple rounds in before responding! So far, I love the irons, and I’m still adjusting to the woods and X shafts after having S shafts for the longest time. It’s the right move for me, but just an adjustment. In comp to the Ping i15s, I feel like the MMCs are more workable and have more “pop”, but aren’t super hot off the face like, say, the P770s (makes sense, cause they aren’t made to be in that iron category). They also feel firmer, so I feel like I’m getting more feedback from each strike. The lofts are a little different as well so I’ve gained minimal yardage in short irons and more yardage in long irons. In comp to my previous woods/hybrid, I get notably less spin now, which is good for me. Less balloons and more driving ball flight with woods, which is also giving me more roll out. Currently I have my driver at 8°, but I may bump it up to 8.75° to see what that’s like. I especially love the TSi2 hybrid so far, because somehow I feel like it’s got more distance, workability, and forgiveness than my previous hybrid. Technology is crazy. Excited to see how it all comes together once I get into a nice rhythm with everything.
  2. Exciting! Would love to comp this to my 2 Ball with steel shaft from early 2000s.
  3. Recently threw the hammer down on a nearly complete update of my bag, which is also the first time I've gotten new clubs since 2009 (aka in high school). Fired up and wanted to share. Then (scroll down for Now) d: Titleist 909D2, 9.5°, Aldila Voodoo 60 S 3w: Taylormade VSteel, 15°, Aldila NVS 65 S h: Adams Idea Pro Gold, 20°, Mitsubishi JAVLN FX H80 S 4-p: Ping i15, black dot, Ping AWT S wedges: 50.08F, 54.08M, 60.08M, Vokey SM7, wedge flex (okay these aren't from high school they're newer) p: Odyssey White Hot 2 Ball (okay you got me this is actually from middle school) bag: Ping Hoofer + Sun Mountain Speed Cart (push carts are the truth and I had to show mine the respect it deserves in the photos) Now d: TSi3 8°, Aldila Rogue Silver 110 MSI 60X 3w: TSi2 15°, HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 70 6.5 3h: TSi2 18°, Aldila Rogue Silver 85HY X 4-p: Mizuno MP20 MMC, NS Pro 1150GH Taper stiff wedges: 50.08F, 54.08, 60.08: Vokey SM7, wedge flex (no change) p: Odyssey White Hot 2 Ball (no change) bag: Sun Mountain Metro Sunday Bag (no legs works very well with the push cart) [for the curious: ball: Pro V1 range: Precision Pro NX9 RGC edition (I prefer the grey/orange-red color scheme to grey/green )]
  4. I’ve been in the market for a new bag as well. I have a Sun Mountain Speed Cart and an older Ping Hoofer bag. The bag is going to a new home which leaves me a chance to find a better combo for the Speed Cart. I’ve been considering the SM Metro Sunday Bag, since it doesn’t have a stand. Curious though if others have any good, lightweight bags for the Speed Cart. UPDATE: I ended up getting the SM Metro Sunday Bag (no stand) and it works fantastically with the Speed Cart. Would recommend.
