  1. The person I talked to stated they have a "Quintic Computer" but said there is no video. I'll probably call again tomorrow to clarify because it definitely confused me.
  2. I just called my local 2nd Swing and they said they just got a Quintic in but that it doesn't have camera/video. Has anyone ever heard of this? I was assuming I would go to The Fitting Lab as they are listed on Edel's website but they have SAM Putt Lab. Quintic seems more comprehensive to me (but maybe I'm wrong) but I have no idea what to make of a Quintic without some sort of visual capture. Does anybody have any experience with this?
  3. The post was edited so not sure what was there before. Believe that is where the clubs will be shown when the embargo lifts. It's common for companies to update their website before a product is launched. All it really confirms is that the product exists--they're just putting in the website architecture basically. Would be a much bigger deal if the clubs were only rumored and there was no known embargo date (which does happen in other industries and creates a lot of hype).
  4. Good to hear the 4i will be available. Set GW looks like it would be 48* in the HM & HMP which makes sense but I feel it would be a little bit hard to find 48* wedges if you wanted to go with another brand there. Cleveland and Callaway appear to stop at 50*, T22 has 46 & 50 but no 48. Seems to limit your options when you are looking to blend your irons into your wedges. Of course you could do some bending though.
  5. How do you guys feel about the 42.5* P-wedge? 5 iron has less loft than my current 4 iron, so maybe it will fly as far as your 4i depending on how old your set is. But I guess it is possible the US market might get 4i if there is more demand for it than over in Japan/Asia. Seems silly to not be able to post pics when it is on their official (although JP) website, but easy enough to find it yourself.
  6. Looking to get fit for wedges as it's become obvious this is the weakest part of my bag. My irons have served me well but are over 15 years old. I would be interested to see what I could gain from an irons fitting but don't feel it's absolutely necessary right now. Also, I know Mizuno is coming out with the new JPX 923 next year so thinking it might be worth it to wait. But my concern is if I get fit for wedges now and irons next year, my gapping might be out of wack going from traditional lofts to modern lofts. Thoughts? Would it be better to wait for both, do both now, or is it okay to do wedges now and irons later?
  7. I like the shot tracking and caddie features of the S62, not sure if the S60 has that or not. I have Ping Raptures that are 15+ years old. I think they are too high because I notice they will balloon up in a headwind and cause me to lose a lot of distance. Ball flight seems to high to me even without wind sometimes. Haven't been in launch monitor for my irons though so guess I could be wrong about the height. I was only around 16y/o when I got these clubs so I've definitely gained strength and clubhead speed so I think this could also be causing the higher ball flight. I do like and strike them well though, just feel like I am getting punished extra hard by even a 15-20mph wind or less.
  8. I'm not sure what you mean by baseline numbers? Like carry yardages? I know those roughly but nothing statistical or data based if that is what you mean (like from Arccos).
  9. I've been eyeing up an S62 but noticed it was released about 2 years ago. Considering the S60 was released around another 2 years prior, does it make sense to buy an S62 when an "S64" might be right around the corner? I've also been thinking about getting fitted for new irons/wedges and trying to do some mental calculus on where my money will be best spent. My irons and wedges are quite old since I stopped playing for a while and am now getting back into it. Overall I think they perform well but my ball flights might be too high with my irons.

  11. Sorry if it wasn't clear but my 3 wood is what I was fit for in the B2 setting.
  12. I recently got fit for a TS2 in the B2 setting which I purchased same day of fitting. They also recommended I could get a 5 wood after trying that vs the 3 Hybrid which I bought elsewhere as they did not have in stock. Should my 5 wood also go in the same setting as the 3 wood? Also, do I need a Titleist Surefit wrench? It calls this a torque wrench that clicks but the wrench I have does not have any torque setting (Taylormade). Will I do any harm using the $3 Taylormade wrench vs the $15-20 Titleist one?
