Hello all, great thread with some useful/motivational info.
I’m nearing 50 years old and bodies getting a bit broken so I have shied away from speed training as there seems to be an increased chance of injuring myself.
I had a knee (meniscus) and shoulder op’s from other sport injuries but never hurt my knees/joints with golf.
I am going to the gym to help improve overall strength and flexibility (and help against injury)
Last time on track man I was averaging around 106 club speed but always keen to improve that…
Do you think the structure around the stack program should help avoid injury?
Thanks
