  1. @roland49 I bought these. I've seen the heavy duty Plastic/Rubber ones that are a lot more rigid, and consequently are harder to remove/replace. Here are the ones I bought. $50 is not a lot if it extends the life/look of the clubs that you might be putting out $1000-1200 for. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BN9Z9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  2. I know people get super judgy about iron covers, but I really don't care. Until they're the ones putting out the money for my clubs, then I'm the one who's responsible to keep them nice as long as possible. I've never had the remove/replace of an iron head cover slow me down (since pace of play is the hot topic right now). Also...every person has a driver and putter cover...why wouldn't you want to keep your irons in good shape too? I have the newest (last season's) Mizuno irons/wedges, and don't want to buy new irons for at least 4-5 years. Going to try to keep them pristine any way I can.
  3. Super interested in this brand! Can't wait to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks!
  4. Hole19!!! Totally free app. Best GPS, plus course map, greens, all of it! FREE. Every round, my entire Men's league will end up using my app, in addition to our range finders.
  5. Hey all, My home course just had a flooded simulator and the insurance company is doing a complete replacement. It's a $50k piece of equipment, and my thought is - If they're just going to trash the old one, me and a buddy could split the cost of the repair of the onboard computer, and snag a $50k commercial simulator for like $10k! Obviously there are other variables to consider (We have the mancave space for it. The owner of the club is a friendly, so they'd probably let us have it. It's barely a year old, so I can easily get the model info and reach out to the manufacturer)...but does anyone know of the specialists who'd be able to tackle this repair? Thanks in advance!
  6. I'll almost always take more club, and take a little off. As soon as I'm trying to monkeyswing an extra 5-15 yards out of any club, I'm definitely going to mishit because pace/tempo is far from what you're practicing every day. Let's be honest, if we all knew we could get more yardage out of every club, we'd likely be swinging it like that every time.
  7. I'm seeing so many people mention 3Wood as their least used club. I have the Callaway Rogue ST (16 degree 3W) and can't imagine not swinging that baby multiple times per round. It's the best 3W I've ever had, and is phenomenal off the tee or off the deck.
  8. It's my 3H. My 4H (Adams) is so clutch, I know I can depend on it, but when I swing my 3 hybrid (Adams), I never know what to expect. It's weird that I'd be so inconsistent with 2 adjacent clubs. Heartbreaking when you need to execute, but I refuse to give up on her.
