  1. Good day Has anyone la heard of White Label Golf and golf balls? Is a Swedish brand, I came across the balls on https://www.out-of-bounds.nl/ english is not listed among the language, I find very useful site, everything is well explained, can buy balls by 12 versus other European sites it is from 24 to as many as you want. Per 12 you can change/test other brands faster anyway. I ordered a box of WHITE LABEL 3 TOUR C-class would be similar to Titliest AVX only in € it differs 8€, WHITE LABEL 3 TOUR is in the price class the same read Vice-Pro on the site of out-of-bounds. White Label Golf balls is that one of so many brands like Kirkland, Snell, Vice, Top Flite looking to make a penny in the golf buisnes. I am not that technically gifted in golf balls, to me many brands make the same balls in the construction/material there is some difference in them, other than that they all say the same thing. Greetings Christof
  2. It is special, I must not have the white grip is nothing for me, the CARAMEL COPPER PVD FINISH you should see in real life, am not for or against it, doesn't really appeal to me, could also be that I am not used to seeing something like that. The Face Milling: Mini Honeycomb looks nice, I don't know if that is an added value or Micro Honeycomb one has been an already a success. Christof
  3. Hey ED13 OK, when I was very young and played football and athletics, Adidas was my brand, over the years I have started running on my own and other sports I have had different brands. Golf is quite new, in Belgium golf equipment and clothing is amazingly expensive compared to online and in united kingdom. I have had some reactions in the meantime, most of them take half a size bigger or the same size as in their normal shoes. I didn't know about dress shoes but that's not my style. Christof
  4. Hello Everardo Here in Belgium, sports shoes are always 1 size bigger than regular shoes. If you go to a sports shop they ask what is your shoe size in normal shoe then they go and get shoes, then you try on some and take the one that fits best. I do the same with clothes, the sizes are not the same everywhere. If I have to choose between Adidas or Nike it will be Adidas, I have never had Nike on, when I was in athletics Nike were very narrow shoe and Adidas were not. Also part to do with past when I played football and am also supporter of Club Brugge who played then with Adidas and Nike is the big competitor, Adidas has been my brand for a very long time. Either you are Adidas or Nike man. Greetings Christof
  5. Hello Bellken Slipping, at the golf club say I have very powerful or explosive golf swing. Maybe with that I slip on wet surfaces. I had the adidas S2G Spikeless summer shoes, I played with them for 1 summer the cushioning or Bounce Foam was completely gone especially at the back at the heels, I sagged all the way through. Was not a success. Shoe size, putting finger in the back of the shoe, I had as heard of at ski boots, that is done, already heard of it. Might try it next time. In Belgium it gets colder, I can put on the Inesis shoes then is see what that gives have very different profile than the Adidas. Christof
  6. Okay clearly explained, then in future I take in Adidas same size, I find now I still have too much space in my shoes, my feet the R-foot is 24cm and L-foot is 24.5cm, my Adidassen are 25cm, left goes though is still room, right there is plenty of room. I was told that you have to take the soles out of the shoe and then stand on them to see how much room you have, that would be the right size for the shoe. There is something to that, if you buy shoes online, you can't fit them. I still play with the Adidas spikeles shoe is still reasonably warm here, for winter the one by Inesis. If grass is wet, I do a good golf swing then slide away. I thought maybe and buy spiked golf shoes should not be a new model, for is to feel what the difference is, I don't know that much difference makes either worth buying for spiked golf shoes, where I play most wear spikeless golf shoe. Christof
  7. Okay Interesting thanks
  8. Yes, in Belgium in sports shoes they always take 1 size bigger, say then the athlete does not meet his toes from the front against his shoes during sports.
  9. Hello Are golf shoes also taken a 1 size bigger than regular shoes? In regular shoes I have 39-39.5 in my running and cycling shoes I take 1 size bigger. Is this also necessary in golf shoes? Now golfing cannot be compared to running or other intensive sports. Christof
  10. For putting or aiming I give me 7, sometimes it goes very well sometimes it goes wrong, a lot depends on the moment and how I feel that I take my time or not for making the right put, lining up the ball or not makes no difference to me, more how I do my my swing controlled or calm or wanting to be too fast, green does not play a role. Christof
  11. Good day Some of you will remember me with the Ping Sigma 2 putter a few weeks ago. I went to Decathlon where the fitting was free and very simple, hit some balls to a hole and the salesman looked at you over a distance of 3 meters. The salesman had been playing golf for several years. I started with my ping putter, after a few putts the salesman said what are you doing, you don't need another putter, keep the putter. I did test the Inesis models and felt the difference between face-balanced and slight arc and strong arc. Strong Arc was not my thing. I didn't feel much difference between the face-balanced and sligt arc, I hit the ball more on the inside and closed the putter quicker, the movement was less straight through, after a few putts I adapted to the putter, I had that feeling. The grip felt good, was slightly wider than the ping PP60 grip, club heads felt good contact was also good, stability was also pleasing, difference in weight was clearly felt against the ping putter, balance was good, I was happy with it. If there was a big difference I would have bought another putter probably the sligt arc model with half moon was 99€. We are going to cost if it is not necessary. Christof
  12. Nice, those bags with lots of colours are not for me, the simple can be beautiful too. Have to impress with your golf performance and not with your equipment.

    Ping Putter

Good day MDGolfHacker I have had a mail back from Decathlon, the answer is quite interesting, make an appointment for September, see what it brings. Hello Christof, You can test all our available putters in the shop, free of charge. There is also a matching cover for all putters. Kind regards, Decathlon Antwerp

I will see, I can still putt or play golf this month, buying something is out of the question, only to go to the supermarket, 2 more weeks to make ends meet. I still have to see what amount will be deposited on my account, the first 2 weeks of August are still from my employer, all the rest has to come from the health insurance fund until 05.11.22 maybe to go back to work. After so many weeks I don't know approximately, I still get 60% of my salary paid by the health fund. The hospital insurance pays the hospital costs and home nursing and medication. Greetings Christof

Hey MDGolfHacker Yes, I have seen a Ping fitting day, and mailed to a shop a 35min drive away, from the reaction of shop owner, is not about putters but everything else, about putters there was nothing in the mail, everything else is too far away. I have emailed to decathlon, for more information, on the site it says one fitting costs 30€, is that for a full set of irons or each fitting 30€? the Inesis putters cost 99€. When you purchase the irons or set the 30€ goes off. Of the 99€ the 30€ goes off I have still done a good deal, if the putters suit me. No headcover included, can't find anything on the site. Would also be nice to be able to use the 30€ for something else as well. In the Netherlands at the Jumbo shops the fittings are free, is also not short for me. Christof
  16. Hello Brogies I find the TP5 very good ball along with the Chrome soft and Prov1. Of the less expensive balls the AD333. Christof

Hello Donn Corsshands will try it once, is something new, with long puts look along with the ball to the hole, I was told it was not allowed/not good for control. Greetings Christof
  18. Good day Wouldn't it be interesting to be in the most wanted putter category divided into Blades, Mid-mallets, Mallets and High MOI. Still the most important club in your bag, you can win and lose with it. With drivers also already categories for high, middle and low swing speed with irons also different categories. Maybe more testing, but for a beginning golfer it's quite interesting or before you go to the shop you already know some information. If something is new, you can see on MyGolfSpy what is interesting. If you don't know anything about it, a real salesman can tell you everything. Sporty greetings Christof

Yes, I still have plenty of time, but I won't be able to play regular golf or matches this year, not matches anyway. Maybe by the time the season starts I will be used to the Pen grip or other grip, with the ping putter, no need for another putter. While I am not allowed to play golf, I am researching and asking questions on the forum Christof

Yes, if you have that much material then it can be a problem. Good thing everyone is different otherwise the world would be boring.

yes everyone has their thing, I have done cycling in the past and certainly some of the cycling tourists had 10 bicycles. I wouldn't know what you can do with 10 bikes, it just takes up space. For some that is emotional value and not being able to part with it or they are collectors.

No problem, I have seen the PLD putters on the ping site, they are still a bit on the expensive side, I am however the Wilson infinite putters are still very reasonable in price and maybe for trying. I have read that if you already have higher or faster putters swing, you are better with a Blade or mid mallet?
