  1. Seeking feedback, opinions, clarity. At our course, rake holders outside bunkers are IMMOVEABLE obstructions in terms of our Local rules. If the rake holder interferes with stance or swing then the player receives free relief in terms of Rule 16. However, if it doesn't interfere with stance or swing BUT is on "line of sight", then NO relief and the holder cannot be moved (relocated). However, I have seen many players swing the holder around 90 degrees without relocating the obstruction to eliminate it from "line of sight". IS THIS ALLOWED? What is the full definition of IMMOVEABLE?
