Re: this issue, I emailed support as follows: "Hi, is there an easy way to take my V3 out of putting mode? Sometimes I walk across the green to get to my ball which is still off the green, but my watch remains stuck on Pin Collect mode. I would like to revert back to the normal screen so I can get the distance information and properly record my shot as a chip, not a putt. Thank you." I received the following reply: "The watch will still record any chips or putts when in PinCollect mode. The watch will revert back to the main screen after 30 seconds but there is no way to manually return to the screen I'm afraid." I haven't tested it since, but I take this to mean that you need to wait 30 seconds off green for the display to return to normal mode.

If you calculated the cost of running a retail business...rent, payroll, training, utilities, insurance, advertising, customer support etc, and distribute that cost through the sales price of your inventory, so you at least break even, it becomes clear that compared to the cost of renting a warehouse in the boonies with minimal staff, it is the cost of the retail environment that is crazy.

You might consider responding that the $25 credit does not resolve your concerns and that want to have the club replaced instead. As a new company, I would imagine that customer satisfaction is paramount, and that if you are insistent, they will acquiesce.
