  1. This should be fun, I have kept this for myself but great to see the progress of others along the way. GL to everyone and happy hunting.
  2. Have dealt with this the latter half of this year and 3-4 different times in life. It does help that winter in Texas is here and long stretches of 40 & 30 degree weather makes us Texans run from playing outdoors. To compound my interest in learning preventive exercise, is from a buddy of mine who tore this tendon in ‘21 and losing 8 months of golf. Really appreciate the advice @Tom the Golf Nut @RollingGreens. I would also appreciate a video to learn more about tennis elbow strap research. Looking at starting fit for golf at the start of ‘23. Need to get stronger and walk more. Merry Christmas all!
  3. For me it’s any ball I find. Seems like lost balls just wanna be found and stay in play. I wish my purchased balls feel the same way.
  4. Yes sir that’s what I did, just was curious if it had been done for me. #lazy
  5. Apologies ahead of time if this chart/graph/YouTube video is out there, but I have been able to find it. Has MGS released any data document that graphs out the robot test longest ball for your swing speed with comparison of golf ball lab testing for an overall score. Just curious, because even though price is always a determining factor getting a dozen great balls is better than saving money and getting 9-10 good balls. Seen it? Thoughts?
  6. WOW, nice handi @NoRebound with clubs that old……I feel like a diva. Interested to hear about your progress with new tech (irons & driver) or do you go back to what’s comfy and known.
  7. I feel your pain @GolfSpy MPR Just starting using Arccos about 3 weeks ago and I’m really tired of seeing negative numbers every round on putting. I love to practice chipping but hate (never found a putting aide or practice routine that hold my interest) putting. Were you fitted for your putter? If so by whom?
  8. Love the post and the thought process @EdisonKate. I might add a 5th/6th & a caveat to #4b - 5/6. Get a GHIN(handicap), at a local muni or local club, so you can play games based on real strokes & have goals to improve your overall golf game. 4b. - picking up after 7 is great but write down what you really could shot. No need for a vanity handi. Thoughts?
  9. How long have you been playing golf? 5 years What’s your handicap or normal score? 8 What do you love about golf? The endless room for improvement & all the different types of courses & landscapes What brings you to MyGolfSpy? Love the intel, testing & Where are you from? Dallas, TX, What is your home course? DAC What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Weather What do you do for a living? Business Owner How’d you pick your user name? Chop up my actual name.
  10. Safe: Driver, Metal woods, irons, wedges, bag Up in the air: Ball - ‘21 TP5, ‘22 Bridge R X, ‘23 AVX or Tour Response Chop Chop: Putter - besides a local club - where have you guys had a great experience getting a putter fitting? Thanks in advance.
  11. I guess if everyone is getting the same equipment I don’t min the irons being stronger. Also does the average golfer want to hit an old 4 iron 170 yards? Who owns a cart bag? Also I’ve never owned a 14/15er either, so .
