  1. Thank you and I hope your wife is recovered. The IV did help a lot. The shot stopped the throwing up. Looking to bounce back.
  2. Missed my round today because I woke up sick as a dog. Had to go to the doctor to get a shot, meds and IV. Hopefully, will be back to normal soon so I can get the round in the books. Come on partner, I’m really needing you this week!
  3. Well you are correct as shafts as with all equipment is not one size fits all. Hey at least they accept it back so all you lost was a frustrating day on the links. It was worth the try!
  4. Very nice! I like the Old Course and Kingsbarns. Carnoustie Is a hard course. Murfield and Turnberry are nice as well.
  5. Congratulations to the testers. Looking forward to your reviews!
  6. Good morning everyone! It’s the week of the VCT Cup finals. Hopefully, I can help @CFreddie more this week. I am sure his back is a little sore from carrying me last week. I do have two days of local men’s club tournament golf here this week. So, maybe that will give me some extra focus. Good luck to our opponents. Hope everyone finds a bucket of birdies this week!
  7. I read his books. They were great. I know he was one of the best instructors. However, never sure what happens once they go commercial. The Pelz short game is the same way. 1 to 3 day academy sessions and hit or miss with the instruction. It’s not really tailored. They want everyone to do the same drills and technique. The old one size fits most concept. I attended one the best part was the putter fitting and drills. The rest was average.
  8. There is the Harvey Penick Golf Academy in Austin. Not sure if they are too commercialized. I also heard good things about Beyond Golf Performance. One of my buddy’s said to check out Garry Rippy, he is in the Austin area.
  9. Once again you have me laughing my butt off! Thanks for the humor!
  10. Happy Birthday, hope you get some new toys to try on the course!
