Hasn’t golf been through enough with Liv now the distance stuff.. USGA has a few majors a year they are not The PGA 0r for the 99 percent of golfers who play for the sake of playing..Enough of this.. let’s just play. Rolling back the distance the ball travels is silly..

I play alot of courses that you end up in hard pan lies ..My first fitting back in the 80s the fitter suggested I use a thin blade type of wegs with low bounce that I fine works well in wet sane . I also have a 56 with 14 degree of bounce..I lov hitting out of wet bunkers with the single degree of bounce… Bag Ratt says get fit for sum wedges and make his job easier…

I played Henry Griffits for over 30 years ..I wanted to get into something more modern.. I got fit at Golf Tech with Mizuno which i didn’t like at all.. I played with them for about 5 years About 4 months ago I went to a PXG fitting and picked up about 10 extra yards I ordered the Ccore irons that look like a muscle back club. Very happy with the clubs and driver.. I also play a callaway 5 and 7 wood from a few years ago .. I like the head design.. i haven’t tryed any of the offerings from any other manufacturer..but iam extremely happy with PXG …

The new Gen 5 driver 0311 with an even flow shaf R Flex is a great club. the reviews on it were not that good but it has taken me a few places on my course I hadn’t seen.. all good , easy to shape..

My course has been closed for about 10 days account of all the rain in Cali. They open today for walking only. I went and did sum short game work .for a hour.. Supposed to get sum snow next week so it will be working on stretching and swings with a weighted club..

Definitely buy sum new sticks…meet the boyz in NC …

I played HenryGifits in the early 80s and before shot link and track man they took you the the range and watched your shot shape then you hit balls on a lie board .. Fast foward 20 years and I figured it’s time for something different…I went to Golf Teck and the fitter was more interested in giving me a lesson than fit. I was fit into clubs to me never suited me .. I recently got fit for new driver and irons from PXG..I couldn’t be more happy with a set of clubs since the henry grifits the fit was out side and with track man.. The fitter was very knowledgeable about PXG and fit me into clubs that were the opposite of what I was playing.. PXG is a great club..
