Good morning! I went to the driving range yesterday and they had the outdoor range closed for an event that they're having this weekend, so they let me use their indoor simulators for the price of a bucket of range balls ($6)!!! It was a nice day, so I was a little disappointed I didn't get to spend it outside, but it was nice to double check all of my distances. I found a little gapping issue between my 8i, 9i, PW. 8i was carrying 149, 9i was carrying 129 and PW was carrying 125.
Busy day of work for me and then I have a quick 9 holes scheduled for later with an old work friend.

Good morning everyone! Struggled with a headache for the past few days, so I've been trying to sleep it off. However, today I've got a lot of stuff to do. Mowing to begin with, then grad school, then chiropractor, then honey-do list. No golf today as it's supposed to be 90°+ with high humidity. Hoping to get caught up on all of this stuff to allow me to golf for the rest of the week. For you all that are planning on going out today, good luck and hit them well!

Today should be a rather light day, just cleaning weapons and sorting brass and links. The biggest thing I have today is a pre-retirement appointment to help me transition from military service to being a civilian. I guess we need that to understand that the military is no longer your life. I guess telling people they need to pull their head out of their...Anyway, no golf today as I'm pretty beat and just plan on getting my appointment done as the last thing for today, then heading home to at least relax for the rest of the day.  Going to get out on Friday and golf a full 18 holes, just to remind myself that I am not a PGA tour player. Hope everyone has a great day. 

Thanks @Rob Person! It's been trying for sure. When you're used to just popping up at a moments notice and getting into anything, this puts a huge damper on that. No pickleball for a while, that's for sure. The start and stop motions and the cutting back and forth... not good. I'm hoping beyond all hope that the swing motion doesn't effect the right calf so much that I can't ease my way back into golf sooner rather than later! 

Top of the pot spies! ☕  Men's league play today at 0700.  Individual Stapleford at Granite Falls North.  First time we've used a shotgun start for league play this summer season, but due to smaller field and hot weather, a good thing.  Have a great day all!

Good sunny, beautiful morning from central Maryland! Nice hot cup of Pomegranate Mojito tea with a dollop of honey hitting the spot nicely! A brisk 55 degrees to start the morning, low humidity and a crystal clear sky... getting up to 88 today. League play tonight, but looks like I'm going to miss it: calf is still not right and I don't want to risk further injury to it and prolong the agony. I can finally put my heel completely down without climbing the walls, so if nothing else, I may go to the practice green and work on putting. Nothing else on the agenda for the day except work.
