  1. Hi Tyk, The original 6 were being sent by MyGolfSpy last week, I am not sure of the arrangements as the product was coming out of the samples I shipped earlier to MGS as per the post/images we all saw on the other thread. This applies to, SargeDesign / MudFish / SacTown / TYK / JBones / Canyon 23 If there are any hiccups I will sort it out, Cheers, Boz.
  2. The tracking is really useful and tends to be accurate Matt. Remember to make sure you have a good and putt with each model before putting them into play so the sound/feel / speed can be dialled in. Cheers, Boz.
  3. Hi Guys, a quick update. All the packs that were involved in the second grouping were sent direct from me here in Oz late last week and will be delivered probably today or tomorrow. Once you have your pack please let me know that it is in your hands so I can check my list off. There will be a couple of extra players getting their packs next week as they were after the original cutoff so dont worry everyone that has been in contact to date was included in this initial MGS Test Pilot group. The main thing that I am interested in from all your perspectives through this process is whether you feel a brand and presentation like my Vision has a place in your market. Is this fresh approach based on improved visibility and Ezy 2 See markings practical or will it be seen to be just a novelty? Thanks again for the support, Boz.
  4. Hi CF, thanks for the note and the support, the OZ TP team is the best place to come on bord for you so when you get a chance drop me a line through the Vision Golf ball website. In regards to the balance of the US/Canadian MGS Test Pilot team I will be sending your packs direct from Oz. As such there will be one prototype of the latest mini test batch of the Nano TV One ball included only 36 were built. These are usually never released outside our family test group as these type of prototypes are a little raw for outside presentation but I am happy to share to show where I am heading with things. Cheers. Boz.
  5. Or best Avatar with the use of Yellow being the key,,,,,JB you would go close to a win there. Good idea though, what say I make up 3 Vision VTPP team polo shirts for the most creative Vision in picture images in their reviews?? I will do it after we see what we have and I can then get correct sizes etc..... The XL glove guys, I will be including gloves in my large size to see how they do or don't fit and so you can get atleast an idea of my design and what it looks like. This has got to be some fun so please don't get streessed about your reviews, thoughts etc as I am looking for an informal judgement on the story I present in the main. I know the balls will be interesting but as my local TP's know I am very active in improving the designs through this type of player input and I still have plenty of work to do. Cheers, Boz.
  6. Hi Guys, ok we ran into a little hiccup getting things sorted but the plan is to supply the lucky first 6 players as listed below by early next week. Once I get a handle on how this has gone and the costs etc I will organise the balance of the packs to be sorted. Thanks in advance for your patience as I didn't want to put to much extra work into MGS hands with the new babe and family commitments that he has going on at the moment. SargeDesign / MudFish / SacTown / TYK / JBones / Canyon 23 Cheers, Boz.
  7. Thanks Blaine, Appreciate the support. Just had my Dad in to talk about the challenges we have faced during these past years and especially the notion of Tour validation being required to make a brand viable. Yet we both agreed that Tour players play a different game to the rest of the golfing population with totally different performance requirements. So what may work for a Pro is not really going to be the best solution for most other regular players looking to play better golf. Which from where we stand is what can make golf both a fun and exciting experience, no matter what your current handicap level is. Cheers, Boz.
  8. Hi Ph, Thanks for your thoughts as it mirrors my understanding of the overall situation which is similar here in Oz making it way harder to get going then I thought it would be. Yes I understand your thoughts on what has been my distrubution pathway. I too feel let down by the lack of support but hey another lesson in life which at this stage is ok but I will be trying to set-up a local USA golf webstore with product so they can more easily supply players (than me) whilst I keep an eye out for the right next US partner. Dave at Slickstix.com has been a good supporter through the past 2 years and has some of the balls but not all the updated ones yet, as I am working through some stuff/issues first before moving on. Cheers, Boz.
  9. Hi Guys, yes a Tour Stage it was probably the X-01 model as used in Hawai earlier this year at the start of the US PGA tour. There are Yellow/Orange/Green and Pink balls being played on tour in Japn at present with quality coloured balls accounting for almost 30% of total ball sales this year. Hey Manavas, No I won't be at the shows. My main aim at this stage of my brand development is to build US market awareness of my designs and approach whilst I look to find the right partner / distributer that has a proper pathway for me to fit into with my product line. Because of the softness in the US golf and wider economy I am in no real rush to just push my product out into the market without a proper level of player demand. Talk more later, Boz.
  10. Ok guys the way I am going to approach this initial trial is as follows, In order to show you where I am up to I will be supplying you all of my current 6 Vision designs so you can see what the story is so far. All players will get a glove to trial for me except the XL players. Sorry I am not ready for you guys yet but when I do create more stock to trial I will be in touch. In order to faciliate this I will be sending more stock to the US tomorrow. To get things moving I have picked a random group of players that will get shipped first please advise here once you get your packs guys, so I can check you off please. The second batch should be ok to go next week. If this works out for everyone and you think you wnat to help out a bit more I will loop the group into my TV One live player testing that will be happening here in Oz by September by the looks of it. Talk more soon and if you have any questions just sing out, Remember my whole approach is about either improved visibility or greater contrast in the colours I use. Vision - Designed to be Seen. Cheers, Boz.
  11. Hi Ad, I just had some info back from a collegue that is running a long drive event in the UK at a number of indoor sim sites and his testing of the balls had the Pinky producing the hottest numbers ( there is a blue version to come for those that are concerned about their colour choice) and it will be the basis of the next GelV -UV. In regards to the glove you might be able to pick the spots off that are causing you grief as they are applied to the backing material. Talk more soon, Boz.
  12. I thought I had it booked marked myself,,,,Thanks for the effort Pom, cheers, Boz.
  13. Hi Mike & JB, the concept is a little bit like the Spider but the materiaal approach is different. There has been a few new synthetic materials used in Japan over the past two year that I believe handle the heat and perspiration issues faced by many golfers. The other factor is the pressure on many players hands by seams that seem to bite and low grip levels that requires many players to grip the club tighter than what I would describe as an optimum tension. This in turn leads to reduced hand speed (distance) and tired hands (control) by the last 6 holes. The design to date has been very popular in testing, so we will see how it goes. Hi Foz, thanks for taking the time and I can only hope so. Thanks Pom, http://archive.userbars.com/index.php?action=getResults&pageOn=1&ubarCategory=&fromUba=&ubaMaxUserbars=&ubarSearchText=vision+golf+balls&searchUrls= There are 5 or 6 versions that one of my Oz TP's built that you will find on page 1 and 2. Cheers, Boz.
  14. Hi Guys, Ok the books closed the Foz is the last member of the group and his info was received last night so I can now move on to getting things sorted. Talk soon, Boz.

  18. Hi Ad, I tend to do most of my designing around my own wants and needs to start off with and then through the extended player testing I get to here how those designs may play in regards to other players wants and needs. That being the case with the gloves I have had a couple of other interlock grippers make mention of this sticky in an akward area issue so I have made some extra gloves for my testing only at this stage with a new material and glove makeup that might be a better package for you. Time will tell but at this stage it is playing well, no extended player group testing till I know where I am going to sell them. Cheers, Wayne.
  19. The Vision Sticky Glove is setup using some materials that are currently very popular in Japan. The front section is quite stretchy and has a forgiving fit plus it allows alot of your perspiration moisture to be wicked away and for improved evaporation rather than soaking it up. They have had a lot of testing in North Queensland where it is really hot and sticky conditions and the gloves have come through quite well I think for my first version. I believe this type of glove will help many recreational players that get sore hands from gripping too tight and from the poor fit of many gloves and their seam positions plus many older players have found they help them with their lack of hand strength in the club control area. Still more testing to do and I know its been hot over your way so lets see how they go. Cheers, Boz.
  20. Good question, the way I am looking at it I will try and get each player a mix of all the current 6 designs that way you get to see everything I have out to date as a story and will therefore have a better understanding I where I am heading next. They might not be right for each team member but I know you will all have partners or buddies that might be a better suit for some of the balls and that feedback will be welcome. Cheers, Boz
  21. Thanks Guys, the more the merrier but I will cap the numbers to those that have asked to join by tomorrow PM, Cheers, Boz.
  22. Congrat's hope everyone is well.

  23. Sounds good and I am happy to have all types of players as my group here in Oz includes low singles all the way through to newbies. I just didn't want any players to be disapointed in my lack of ProV1/Penta high wedge spin as that has not been a focus of my designs so far. The players that need more help with their game out number the better players by atleast 10 to 1 and those regular players are happier to try something new from my experience that is a not a TOUR VALIDATED product. From all my time working with Titleist/Footjoy/Pinnacle here in Oz ( 20 years Distributor / 24 years International Leadership team ) I believe there can be a new improved more personnal way to market to regular retail players, which is why I am here today as your opinion is actually the most important part of my business future. Talk more soon, Boz.
  24. Hi P, great that is why I am showing my hand in the States now as I have a good feeling about how things will be received as spin is but one part of the equation. The thing you may see with the current balls is that they have a drop and controlled release performance that might be an interesting change in format. Cheers, Boz.
