  1. I'm just like the Ron White bit where he talks about being arrested and the right to remain silent. "I had the right, but I didn't have the ability" fits me so well, especially on the tee box.
  2. I checked my Precision Pro NX7 with slope against an expensive unit I use for hunting (Leica) and it was dead on. It locks on to the pin easy and does everything I need on the course for relatively cheap.
  3. I play a zillion times better when I don't try to kill the ball. I know it. My buddies know it. Stevie Wonder can even see it. Yet I get up over the ball and try to kill it. Not every time, mind you. I do swing easy just enough to remind myself how much better contact I get when I don't try to kill the ball. But you wouldn't think it would be that hard to not try and kill the ball. But it is.
  4. This is my last "Golf league free" Thursday, as the fun begins next week!!!!! Hopefully I can get out and practice before then, as my tee game really needs it.
  5. I have a 4i that is basically a "punch out" club.
  6. Happy Hump Day!!!! My boy scout welded pancake breakfast signs held up to storms and strong winds so far despite being 4'x4' wind sails. We've sold enough tickets that we'll make a lot of money for the kids to do fun things. And the coffee is hot.
  7. I got the front lawn over seeded with at least 15 minutes to spare before the rain started this morning. I actually functioned BEFORE my coffee.
  8. I can't imagine turning down 850 million to simply change jobs. I've changed jobs for a 10k raise. And, as much as people what to apply ethics/morals/etc to this, it really is just changing employers for generational wealth. He could put it in a secure 2% apr investment and get 17 million a year to live on without ever touching the 850 million.
  9. I think I mentioned it earlier, but showing up with a bunch of BP reading from the same time (ideally morning, after void, before coffee and meds) gives the provider a much better baseline to prescribe BP meds than random readings. We see a LOT of people start BP meds and pass out from them or have severe dizziness and low BP
  10. There's gonna be a crow shortage if he goes to LIV........
  11. Bifurcation or not. The idea that the 99.9% of the hacks on the course need the ball rolled back is ridiculous, but the USGA wants nothing to do with bifurcation.
  12. Golfing today with the Master's app keeping me up to date. Best of both worlds.
  13. I have one of those driver heads in my shop.
