I've had no issues with my ST+ since I got it last year. Although I don't take it to the range. Not receiving the protective case is an Amazon issue, not a SkyTrak one, to be fair.

Played with @DiscipleofPenick at Creekwood in Columbia Station yesterday. It's a shorter course playing about 6150 from the tips. Shot and 88 taking a few liberties with plugged unfindable balls. The course was pretty wet so walking at times burned the hamstrings and calves but it was an enjoyable day with great company. New driver was off and I put that down to Cobra sending it with the wrong shaft. The correct one has been ordered and it will be replaced as soon as it comes in.

I'm using the Sigpro Softy hitting strip. Yes, it's directly on the concrete as it's designed to be. See my post above which shows my mat and padding with the cutout for the hitting strip.

I've been using it on my putting surface in the basement and chipping foam balls off it into the wall.

I've not had the problem with my clubs but the shaft shield tech used in the new Callaway stand bags is meant to mitigate that.

I have a launch monitor/sim in a Skytrak ST+. I like it because it's a camera based system with a radar so it's quite accurate, you only need enough space to swing the club and I can play a round of golf on it as well.

Grab and hold the club by the head or in the opposite hand. I wear my X5 on my left arm but grab my clubs with my right hand.

Not very often and to mitigate that, I actually touch the tag to the band and look at the watch to make sure the club appears on the screen, indicating that it read.
